Shipping policy
Currently we only ship to the UK.
Our processing time for all orders is 1-2 working days. We will always try and dispatch any orders placed before midday on the same day, although we cannot guarantee this.
Postage and packaging is added to the listed price at checkout.
The following charges that are applied to your basket are dependant on total basket value:
Up to - £49.99 - £3.50 P&P | 2-4 working day delivery time
£50 and above - FREE P&P | 2-4 working day delivery time
Tracking is available on certain items, if your order has tracking available on it your tracking number will be included in your dispatch notification email.
If a package is late or has not been successfully delivered please contact us as soon as possible so we can contact the courier to resolve the problem.
The listed expected delivery times are estimates only. Please be aware at busier times of the year (such as the run up to Christmas) it is possible there will be a longer wait for deliveries.
